- 5 drops Orange
- 5 drops Roman Chamomile
- 4 drops Bergamot
- 5 drops Sandalwood
- 1 oz Jojoba Oil
- 1-2 oz Glass Bottle
- Add essential oils to bottle.
- Pour in jojoba oil.
- Massage into abdomen and lower back every hour until pain subsides.
