Bergamot Essential Oil
Bergamot Essential Oil comes with a euphoric scent. It is known for its ability to uplift one emotionally. It can aid in digestion and revitalize the body. We blend Bergamot with Lemon and Tea Tree for a gorgeous smelling air purifier. Bergamot contains a chemical compound called Bergapten, a furo-coumarin which makes skin extremely sensitive to the sun. If applying Bergamot Essential Oil to your skin look for bergapten-free Bergamot to keep you safe from phototoxicity.

*** As a company, we have chosen not to sell essential oil singles. We believe a properly formulated synergy amplifies the sum of all its parts. While each essential oil is fantastic on its own, it's as a team they become mighty; we like the science of blending. Because of this, I am often asked which retail essential oil company I trust for singles. Ancient Apothecary is a brand I trust: Bergamot.
