Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil has an herbal scent with a hint of sweet apple. It's more than just a pretty smell, Roman Chamomile is a must-have for your medicine cabinet. As an antispasmodic, it rivals prescriptions; taking control of spasms, cramping, and convulsions. Indigestion, anxiety, irritated skin, and PMS are also thwarted by this gentle giant. Safe enough for babies, strong enough for you!
If you're confused about which Chamomile to buy, consider this: German Chamomile (blue in color) is a better anti-inflammatory, while Roman Chamomile (light yellow in color) is a better anti-spasmodic. Roman Chamomile is preferred for babies; read How To Dilute Essential Oils to learn more about dilutions for children.
